During our first consultation Valentina advised me that I was already eating quiet a healthy diet but my diet did not have the right structure.
After my consultation with Valentina I started making my own weekly menus following Valentina’s instructions, such as ensuring that I have enough omega 3 fish in my diet and some of her favorite recipes. Because I was planning my own menus I did not feel restricted, and I could be as creative as I wanted on what I was eating.
